This morning, meet your driver in the lobby, transfer to the airport of Manaus and take board your flight for Salvador. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by your driver and transferred to Villa Bahia or Fasano Salvador. Activities to be defined or rest of the day is at your leisure.

FULL DAY TOUR OF SALVADOR
Discover the essential sights of Salvador on a full day tour tracing the development of the city from its simple beginnings to what is now the third largest city in Brazil. Start at the mouth of the huge bay and head via elegant three-lined avenues and bustling streets to the Pelourinho, a UNESCO Heritage site and the largest complex of colonial architecture in South America. Walk from the Municipal Square by the towering Lacerda Elevator, and enjoy the views of the bay stretching out to the lower city. Salvador is a year round destination. December through March is the peak of summer season and also when carnival occurs.

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE SENSES OF SALVADOR
Depart the hotel in the morning to visit two of Salvador’s busiest markets. Visit the largest open market in Bahia, São Joaquim, selling a myriad of products from fruits and vegetables to spare parts for domestic appliances, sacred herbs and religious artifacts of the Candomblé. Here, you’ll find all of the ingredients for Bahia cuisine and later savor the famous moqueca dish is a local restaurant in the city. In the afternoon, visit a percussion instrument maker’s workshop, and choose from a selection of beats and wondrous instruments.

SALVADOR TO RIO DE JANEIRO
Flight to Rio de Janeiro Visit a complete panorama of Rio’s neighborhoods and beaches. Here, your guide explains how the two most glamorous neighborhoods of Rio are organized. Begin your walking tour, choosing between the shopping street or the beach street. Head towards neighboring Copacabana beach and visit the iconic Copacabana Palace Hotel, which has lodged more Kings, Presidents and Celebrities than all other Brazilian hotels put together. Walk or drive down the beach to Copacabana Fort to enjoy a drink at sunset.

RIO'S MAGIC
Catch the sunrise over Rio and to visit Corcovado Mountain and its famous statue of Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Descend the mountain to charming Santa Teresa, an artsy neighborhood considered to be Brazil’s Montmartre – a great place to meander down cobbled streets. Enjoy lunch at a cliffside restaurant in area.

RIO'S SPECTACULAR VIEWS
Do as the Cariocas and start your day with a bike ride along Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme beaches and beautiful Aterro do Flamengo. You may notice that each of these beaches has its own vibe, attracting a different mix of people. Conclude your ride at Urca Mountain where you catch the cable car to the renowned Sugarloaf Mountain. From the top, take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the city, as well as Guanabara Bay and the neighbour city of Niteroi.
